Matt Laurie Racing has had a super start to the 2018/19 racing year with 9 wins and 13 placings from just 36 starters. This equates to a 25% winning strike rate and Matt now sits in 12th position on the Victorian trainer's premiership table as at 12 October 2018.

Here are our recent winners:

1. STRYKER QUEEN kicked off the new racing year with a comfortable victory at Sale on the 1st of August 2018 with jockey Damien Thornton on board.

2. Less than two weeks later, promising stayer IMMELMANN won over 1600m at Pakenham, ridden strongly between horses by Damien Thornton.

3. On the 9th of September, our third winner came in the form of 3yo Fastnet Rock filly BLEU ROCHE who won her first start with Jye McNeil on board at Sale.

4. Just four days later, the ever consistent mare MOONLOVER won impressively at Mornington, ridden by Ethan Brown.

5. REAL SUCCESS was the next to salute, with a hard fought win at Geelong ridden by Ben Thompson.

6. On the 19th of September RAINBOW GIRL won brilliantly at Cranbourne, ridden by Luke Currie

7. Two days later DIAMOND BEAUTY continued the run of wins for our stable, with a super win at Geelong with Ben Thompson piloting.

8. Again, our brilliant mare MOONLOVER put in a fantastic effort to win under lights at the Valley on the 28th of September, this time ridden by Damien Thornton.

9. On the 7th of October RAINBOW GIRL went on to win again, this time at Bairnsdale, ridden by Michael Dee.
